As a pre-teen and teen I knew exactly what it felt like to get pinned down on the wrestling mat. I knew exactly what it was like to come in dead last at a tournament. I knew what it was like to be the only 1 on the team to not win my match. Growing up I also played baseball. 90% of the time I didn’t make it on to first base. I would strike out almost every time. Only way I made to first base was if I got walked or got hit with the ball. I was the kid that was too afraid to take that first swing so I just stood there hoping the ball wouldn’t cross over home plate. I didn’t have the confidence to just swing.
That all changed for me once I started working out. Fitness gave the confidence to take a swing at new opportunities in life. Fitness gave me the strength and power to not be pinned to the wrestling mat when life gets overwhelming. Fitness gave me a new mindset, Something new to look forward to. Most of all when life or my workouts get hard, it gave me the ability to ENDURE!
That’s why I train so hard, to show up for my clients who don’t think they can make change and are too afraid to take a swing at fitness.

The program is available through my website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalized program!
Yes, the reason I have chose to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program or 3 monthly. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.
Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.
We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form.
